Unexpected Neighbors

Throughout our lives, we find ourselves joined to other people, places or events that we did not expect. This endless string of surprises weaves a tapestry – our unique experiences.

The buildings (in NYC) shown here were not architected, designed or painted with their neighbors in mind. As these buildings change, decay and are built, they find themselves next to unexpected neighbors, too.

This series of 20 images contains various combinations of textures and colors that can be randomly selected or purposefully chosen to compliment virtually any decor. For an example of six on a wall, click here.
