Entropy n. a measure of disorder

It is a fact that the universe tends towards disorder. Typically, disorder does not result in pleasing forms. However, there are times that disorder does result in a form, however fleeting, that is pleasing. Being able to experience the minute bits of beauty in the process that is called our continually entropic universe is very satisfying for me. I hope that you agree. In this case, the matter is ordinary sand and water, however the result of their reaction is beautiful artistry, hardly described as “disorderly”. Rather, sublime and intricate patterns are created and allow the viewer to make a personal interpretation of the result.
